Wrong jeans sent twice!

I ordered these jeans and received nothing close to the picture, contacted customer support waited five business days to be sent the exact same pair! How incompetent is that? Not happy at all

I ordered the jeans with a braid on the side. What ordered was nothing like the photo and too small. Very disappointed
