Loafers

I received my husband 10.5 size loafers today on time. Very nice looking loafers, not comfortable they are hard to put on, if you ask me go an 1/2 or the next size up.

Defective Product

The entire sole on both fell off after purchasing a month ago and wearing 3 times. Customer service could not assist. Totally disappointed as the pair purchased 5 years ago needed an upgrade.
