Rude behavior from Macy employees

The shoes were great but had to return, didn’t know my husband already had a back up pair and they were a great price. There was a problem with the return at Green Hills Mall Nashville TN. There wasn’t anyone to help until I got to the middle of the store, the first person I asked for help was rude and the second was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be shopping there again.

Terrible Quality

DO NOT BUY! they are very uncomfortable and the shoes skin started peeling off one day after wearing them. It does not even deserve one star.

Pretty good shoe for the price

Beautiful shoe, although doesn’t seem as good for quality as it was 10 years ago. However, I was more upset that I couldn’t exchange the shoe for a different size. I wanted to return one and exchange another on the same order, and customer service wouldn’t let me. Also, it was so hard to talk to an actual person!! Not pleased with the customer service. It took me about an hour to get this whole thing figured out. Who has that kind of time? Would have been so much easier with a customer service number and they could answer my questions right away instead of the phone recordings and chat service. I don’t really want to buy from Macy’s again because of this experience.

Is 10 an 11?

The size (10) was longer than my shoes of that size. Maybe Dockers shoes "run large," but such information was not disclosed in the description.
