Disapppointed

I bought this pair of pants in November for my husband for Christmas. There is a hole in the fabric on the back of the pants. Now I am outside the 30 day window to return. I feel ripped off.

Macy poor delivery

They sent us the pants with the security tag on it. Only way to get it off is to go to the store. If wanted to go to the store I would have bought it there. So much for quality control!

Delivery

I’m getting really tired about orders not being delivered on the date given. JUST BE HONEST !!! My pkg has been sitting in ElCentro, Ca. ALL DAY but says it’s “OUT FOR DELIVERY “. That’s got to be a mighty slow driver! Order was placed on Dec. 14 to be delivered by Dec 17 or 18. It’s now the 22nd and nothing in sight !!! 😡 I don’t think I’ll be shopping at Macys anymore since this happens every time !!!
