Used/returned pair of pants

I ordered these as a replacement pair since the others were too long. These pants fit however the label was not properly fixed to the pants, and there was a double crease down each leg, which indicated they were previously worn than returned. Unfortunately, Macy’s failed and sent me a used pair of returned pants.

Great pants

I bought these because I have a black pair and these are a nice counterpoint. The fit is excellent and they are incredibly comfortable. They work for both dress and casual occasions and complement whatever I wear them with.

Zipper issue

Bought these for years and like the fit and look. The past two times I ordered (8) pairs total, all of the zippers will separate at the bottom. I had to sew them in order for the zipper to say on track.
