Beautiful PALETTE and Compact

Expired item was sent

I received a Dolce & Gabbana Ever Icon Eye Palette that was expired by more than one year. Customer Support was very friendly and helpful and arranged for a replacement that was supposed to be within the valid period. However, today I received the replacement item, and it has the same manufacturing date — February 2021. While the agent did assist with sending a replacement, unfortunately the issue has not been resolved, as the product is still expired.

D & G 3 Piece makeup collection

D&G 3 Piece Makeup collection is incredible. Top quality makeup that performs well. The eyeshadow is highly pigmented, finely milled, and smooth on the lids. I loved it so much I took advantage of the 15% off sale and bought another one from the eyeshadow collection.

Fake Promotions sales!

This time, I’m very disappointed with Macy’s Because I bought 3 Dolce&Gabbana 3-Pc. and they supposed to become with a free gift, and they didn’t send me any of the 3 free gifts, they just said “we don’t have them anymore”. They never sent me any notice about it, they just didn’t care, so next time I’ll go somewhere else to buy my Christmas gifts. I’ll never trust Macy’s again.
