Scent Differences

This has always been a favorite of mine and when I saw it on sale I could not help but purchase this bundle set! However, i do notice that The scent doesn’t smell the same as it used to. I’m not sure if it’s due to a formula change, but it seems much stronger than I remember—and it doesn’t last nearly as long either. Now it fades within 2–3 hours, whereas it used to linger even through a laundry day. I’ve seen a few comments suggesting it might be fake, and honestly, that would explain a lot. Will probably not purchase again from Macys for perfumes specifically.

Fake!

This fragrance has been one of my favorite and not missing from my closet since 2003. However, this particular one has two flaws: 1. The smell doesn’t last lije a big brand perfume should do and 2. and probably the most important, the pump is broken and I can’t ise the perfume anymore.

Fake cologne

I used to use this fragrance and loved it. When I saw it on sale I decided to splurge and buy it for myself for Mothers Day. I didn't use it right away and saved it for special occasions. When I used it, it sure didn't smell like the fragrance I used to use. In fact, it hardly smelled at all and when you use more, it's offensive! So I thought I wonder if it's a fake. I googled fake colognes and how to spot them. It said that the number on the bottom of the cologne bottle should match the number on the box. It did not! So I believe it is a fake. I came down with Covid last week and today remembered to call Macy's and tell them I want to return this cologne. They said my return date was May 1 and today is May 5 so I can't return it. I explained I had Covid last week and that I believe this cologne is a fake. They stuck to their rules that I can't return it cause I missed the date to return it by 5 days. I explained that I thought it was a fake but they didn't care.
