    Beautiful shades and packaging case

    I purchased 2 of these D&G eyeshadow pallets. Must say the shades are beautiful and high quality pigmented. The case packaging is stunning. I purchased prior to holidays and now the price is bit higher however very reasonable for great quality and beautiful packaging. High recommended. I believe there is 3 different pallets. I purchased 2! Very happy with my purchase.

    Expired item was sent

    I received a Dolce & Gabbana Ever Icon Eye Palette that was expired by more than one year. Customer Support was very friendly and helpful and arranged for a replacement that was supposed to be within the valid period. However, today I received the replacement item, and it has the same manufacturing date — February 2021. While the agent did assist with sending a replacement, unfortunately the issue has not been resolved, as the product is still expired.
