Unbelieve damage product

the palette came with damage, shadow powder was all over , I called right way and return to Macy. It is very unfortunate, the branded product is the messy and not send without proper packaging. Although color palette is very beautiful.

DG 12 Eyeshadow Palette

Beautiful eyeshadows with a perfect story line and a black gel liner eyeshadow. The brush has two ends; an angle eyeliner and eyeshadow brush. The palette was not damage, two protection layers; velvet and plastic cover with the eyeshadow names on it. The chain is steel which can be used as a keychain.

Better Packaging Required When Shipping

The palette is beautiful. Unfortunately, it was not packaged properly for shipping. The box used was much bigger than the palette itself and there wasn’t enough stuffing used to keep the product secure during shipping. When I received the product, the eye shadow was broken and made a mess of the palette. I called Customer Service to report the product received as damaged and they guaranteed that I would receive a replacement product in pristine condition. Unfortunately, I received the replacement makeup palette in the same damaged condition. Again, the product was packaged incorrectly using a much larger box with very little stuffing and the eye shadow was broken when received.
