I do not like this one.. I have bought over 30 different colognes and this one has to be the worst 😫 so for me I give it 2 stars , I am only speaking for myself.

I was just disconnected intentionally . . .

I just had a chat with a representative named Manjula, and I’m honestly disappointed. The representative was quite rude and unhelpful. I asked multiple times where I could find the information I needed, and instead of answering, he abruptly disconnected the chat. To make matters worse, I received a damaged product, and the return receipt I was sent had no QR code. All I needed was a code to process the return. Instead, I was told I couldn’t verify online and had to call customer service. The whole experience was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I’ve had enough of poor service—I shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to return a damaged item. And now I’m forced to go to a store to resolve something that could’ve easily been handled online. For anyone considering reaching out via text support, I wouldn't recommend it. I sincerely hope Manjula receives proper training—customers deserve better.
