Not What I Thought ???

Not As Large - Nor The Look I Thought This Would Be??

Poorly made. Hiding behind names we trust.

On the outside, this little espresso machine is beautiful. The design draws you in, the finish is bright and shinny. It's Bialetti! It's Dolce & Gabbana! It's junk. Open the machine and look inside and you will not see stainless steel, not even the polished aluminum finish of a true Bialetti stove top Moka Expresso machine. What you will see is sloppy unpolished unfinished casting, possibly shards of aluminum rattling around the boiling chamber, and in unfinished upper chamber spout. In general, a poorly made product hiding under names we've grown to trust.

My sister would walk by and comment how beautiful it was when we would go shopping at Bloomingdales. I had to make a special trip without her to get it.

Nevermore purchases to Macy’s

No sending’s name (the mine one) on the box, no Christmas’wishes in the box, so it became an anonymous gift, for the receiver, due to Macy. I wrote a messagge for Christmas for the consignee, to be delivered in the box, but Macy forgot to write it. Nevermore a purchase from Macy’s.

Gorgeous

It sounds strange to call a coffee pot gorgeous, but it actually is. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my friend so I cannot comment on how good it makes Italian coffee, but the pot is stunning. Even if it does not make good coffee, I would keep it on stove just for its beauty. It's something very different, makes 6 cups and looks great. The sale price is very reasonable. I went to Little Italy in the Bronx to price Italian coffee pots and they were much more expensive than this, without the beauty.

Love it!

It's so pretty and perfect! I debated between the different size, and went with the large, despite the fact that it would mainly be for one person, due to the fact that the size "6-cup" is actually for tiny espressos, so essentially, this makes a single mug size coffee. I simply make it to my taste, and more of an american style coffee. It's perfect and again so pretty!
