Love it!

It's so pretty and perfect! I debated between the different size, and went with the large, despite the fact that it would mainly be for one person, due to the fact that the size "6-cup" is actually for tiny espressos, so essentially, this makes a single mug size coffee. I simply make it to my taste, and more of an american style coffee. It's perfect and again so pretty!

Horrible shipping and ruined box

I recently received my order from Macy’s and was disappointed to find that the box was not in a presentable condition for gift-giving. Unfortunately, the packaging looks worn and does not reflect the quality I expect from Macy’s, especially since this item was intended as a gift. Part of the shopping experience with Macy’s has always been the assurance of quality, not only in the products themselves but also in their presentation. I was hoping to give this item directly as a gift, but due to the condition of the box, I now have to find an alternative solution. I cannot upload all images as only 3 are allowed. Very disappointing with Macy’s for letting me down. Horrible customer service and horrible shipping practice.
