I've been trying Dolce & Gabbana The One For Men Parfum and my Overall impression is positive: it's a richer, more refined take that sits comfortably on my skin. Projection is noticeable but not overpowering, so it works well for an evening Occasion without announcing itself too loudly. Wearability is high — it pairs easily with both casual and dressier looks — and the Drydown leaves a warm, softened scent that lingers pleasantly.

A bit too sweet for me
Always a fan of Dolce & Gabbana, excited to try something different. This one has that warm vanilla scent that lingers but the musk from it comes out intertwining itself leaving the scent leaning more sweet. Although, I don't mind the sweetness of the scent, with my body oil I think I need something that is more citrus or fresh. I think it's not a bad scent but in the long term, it's not for me.

A definitive upgrade to the original batches of th
I was surprised when I put my nose on this scent. I came in with the expectation that the reformulation would be like the EDP, where it’s marginally better and slightly sharper, but I was wrong. This is a definite upgrade. When I got the first sniff, I received that black pepper and hints of labdanum right away. This was such a pleasant scent that I kept coming back every couple of minutes, smelling my hand. Honestly, DG date-night fragrances aren’t ones that you truly go out of your way to buy unless it’s at a great discount, as they’re usually weak, but this one is different. I would go out and buy the Parfum. It’s not so different that you lose the original DNA, but it’s just a much nicer scent. It lasts like an EDP now, around 6 hours, which is great performance for these lighter, date-night-centered fragrances. Awesome scent that bottoms out into an amber tobacco ending. Worth the money.

A wonderful fragrance but I will use sparingly during this time of financial strain. My life has been really tortured in the last 2 years, but my resilience prevails and fragrances such as this do help!

Perfect dry down
I love this cologne so much, it is an ambery spicy scent with key notes of black pepper, orange, labdanum and tobacco, making it a perfect scent for cooler nights. It has a very good projection, longevity and the perfect dry down. It is not overwhelming at all and comes in a classic sleek bottle.
