Extremely disappointed

I absolutely love these sunglasses! The quality is excellent, they look great on, and they feel comfortable and well-made. The glasses themselves definitely deserve five stars. However, my experience with the service was extremely disappointing. I ordered them online and picked them up at Macy’s. When I opened the box, the glasses had visible fingerprints and even greasy stains where someone’s ear had been. It was honestly disgusting and very off-putting. For a product at this level, basic cleanliness should be a given. Staff should make sure items are clean before handing them to customers. Because of this, I can only give one star for the service.

Victorville mall

They are not polarized its the only problem but other than that they are beautiful and they are on sale I pay $500 and few dollars but I’m gonna go back to the store and have them change. The girl had gave me the display so they keep on falling down n loose. so I saw them on sale right now for 360. I just got them on Tuesday and it’s Friday today.
