Is there a thief in the warehouse?

I saw this beautiful Dolce&Gabbana women’s sunglasses Black & white on sale and placed an order on 11-25-2023 and Received on 11-29-2023 I was soo exited to see how it looks on me in person, when I opened the box I was shocked to see an empty Dolce& Gabbana sunglasses case and clothes without sunglasses, when I called Macy’s customer service and told her she told me to process the re shipment The next day I received an email which says Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a Credit or reshipment of your merchandise due to the delivery confirmation If you still need further assistance click here to chat with virtual agent 24/7. Live chat agents are available bla bla bla bla Again I called Macy’s customer service and explained everything to him and he said the same thing still nothing I lost my money for nothing I would have rate 000000 $ 172.01 dollar is not coming easy or not growing like a tree
