I had the right size but the item did not fit it does not match regular sizing unable to return clearance last act order two sizes up i ordered 7.5 I should hv ordered 8.5

Quality construction issue

The shoes are super cute. Purchased and received the day before a trip. The first time I put them on the metal grommet on the top holes pulled out when I tried to loosen the shoestrings. And then they proceeded over the next couple of times that I wore them to shred the shoelaces. They just don’t feel as well made from a material standpoint as some of the other fashion sneakers I have worn. With that said, I was on my feet a lot and they were very comfortable.
