10/10. I'm typically a size

10/10. I'm typically a size 8 but I always size up my Dolce Vita boots to 8.5 which always works out perfectly (and I own a lot). This boot gives me the perfect Winter Roman Holiday feeling. I've been wearing them in Boston every day this week without the need to "break them in." I love the versatility of my H2O shoes given the weather out here.

Great wardrobe staple

These are my second pair of Hoven boots. I bought the suede beige ones first as an easy slip on for the airport and to wear in the Sahara Desert. They quickly became a go-to shoe so I wanted a black pair too. Both fit a slight large. I’m a true 8 1/2, and medium width so I have these in size 8. I wear thin socks and have space for my toes. I don’t like wearing thick socks with Chelsea boots. I did find that the black smooth leather pair have a more narrow toe box, the suede beige pair had a wider sole which I liked too. It’s fine with me that they’re a bit different, have a huge collection of boots so I’d rather have a lot of different styles. These boots are lightweight and well made. Great price point for the quality!
