runs narrow and small

need to specify that it is NOT wide fit on foot, only on calf. these boots run narrow and small. i size up half a size & usually wear a size 8 because it gives me extra toe wiggle room & these boots had NO room, not even to wear with socks. need to size up 1 whole size. i measured my calves & the wc size was tight even tho my measurements fall under the wc circumference.

Calf is wide but boots looked so weathered and were so narrow and uncomfortable. Very stiff.
