BAd customer experience

Macy’s sent me the wrong shoe. I returned them and tried to get the shoes I ordered. After an hour of being in 2 departments, I was told they were out of the shoe I wanted.

Not made for wide feet

Love the look and quality of the showed sadly will have to return because they do not fit my wide feet and are extremely tight where the straps are
