Dollhouse shorts wrong size sent
I ordered these shorts from Macy’s in size 1. They arrived in size 5/6. The website says can’t return. That’s unacceptable. You better believe I will be taking them back. What’s worse, my nearest Macy’s is over 2 hours away round trip.

Got broken one
I just received order: shorts with a broken button, as you can see in the photo, it's unpleasant, and it is written that this can not be returned, because is final sale, but it is not fair, it is not written that it will be broken in description of item

No exchange
I bought five denim shorts in the same size however, due to the different style two of the denim shorts did not fit. Went back to Macy’s to exchange the size and I was told that since it was a one day sale and I didn’t return the item in one day I was not eligible to exchange the items for a different size. Mind you I came back to the store within four days. I told the sales associate that I had bought five in the same size, but unfortunately, due to the style I needed a bigger size. I was not returning the item, but I was exchanging the item and they still would not let me exchange it. Poor customer service and poor exchange policy. remember by for Macy’s again.
