Dolly Parton mugs

I ordered the last week of November. It took two weeks to get them delivered to the store. When I opened them at home, two of the four mugs were completely broken. I was so disappointed, but do not have time to return them. I can still use two for a gift! You need to take better care on packing these. They are very cute for Dolly lovers!

Broken to pieces

Ups handed me my package and never open it gave it back you could hear the cups were all broken to pieces broke my heart !

Broken

I didn’t even open the shipping box they came in. The box was rattling and you could tell they were broke. The shipping box did not have fragile on it either.

Love of the Dolly Parton Mugs, 20 ounces.

I absolutely love these mugs and they hold 20 ounces so I do not have to stop what I am doing, get up for refill. Thanks, these are gorgeous also. They give me a pick up when I am tired and down.

Quality control issues

They are a great size, and super cute. I wish I could keep them. But the glaze on the inside of the cups is sharp, splotchy, and bubbly. Maybe I just got a bad batch?
