Wearing to Italy

Bought these for an upcoming trip to Italy where I will be doing a lot of walking but still want to look good. Wearing at home to break them in but its not necessary. They feel great.

Donald Pilsner Darla Booties

I love these boots but the heel is so slippery. I keep falling when my heel hits the ground in a certain way. I can’t wear them.

Gorgeous

These booties are beautiful in person. Well-made with the perfect height in the heel for everyday and all-day wear with no pain. The point does make the foot look longer than usual as mentioned in the other reviews, but I like the look. I also have wider feet than the usual and can never get my foot into pointed shoes such as these but they fit surprisingly well. I am a true 7 and these fit SLIGHTLY bigger, but only enough that I can wear a thicker sock or put inserts in to truly make these my all-day boot.

Yes!

Wow factor! They will go with black, Navy, Browns, etc and will receive many compliments. They are stiff when you first put them on, maybe run a bit narrow? But, after walking around the house I found they become more comfortable. My rule is always ‘Cute AND Comfortable’ never one without the other. However, I’m gambling on these to become comfortable because I love them so much.

Snake finished Bootie yay - DJP

The name has changed from Donald J Pliner to Donald/Pliner, but the style is there, the look is there, and it should be there on your feet! I own countless pairs of DP's and after years of wear they hardly show any wear!!! The snake multi in this darling Darla is wonderful - jeans - other fabrics, etc look great with these classic cut booties. I do wish it had the old orthotic inner soles - but those were very expensive to keep on making and they were made in Italy, not Asia...however, the traditional look remains - get it at this price!!! Wow!
