Broken Deodoarant

I purchased this set to take on vacation and used it twice. When I it was time to roll up new product on the deodorant, the mechanism did not work! I can't even push it up to use it. Would love to get a replacement...help!

Excellent Product but Container not so much

The scent is excellent but the packaging is a fail. I can't get the product to roll up. I ended up digging the product out with t the container. It was a mess l lost more by it crumbling as l tried to release the product from the container. The deodorant itself is excellent.
