Smells divine but longevity is lacking

Was super excited about these scents and honestly I feel like they smell lovely but don’t last very long on the body

Used and damaged

My plan was to give this as a gift and then buy a full bottle of their choice. This came used, unsealed with a damaged box. All customer service offered was a $3 refund, me driving and waiting in a post office to return or me driving to another city to return. Way to inconvenience your customers for your own poor quality control Macy's! I see a lot of reviews where you give away merchandise in exchange for reviews but you can't seem to actually take care of your customers that decide to shop with you?! Now I'm stuck with this perfume that I can't give as a gift and won't use because it's not my taste in perfume. I am a perfume collector and you have lost my business with your handling of this.

Horrible packaging

The packaging was horrible. The box didn't have any plastic wrap, and one bottle was damaged and spilled over the package. Do you even have quality control, and how am I supposed to return it in this condition?
