Delayed

Did not receive - still delayed. Bought it as a Xmas giff and expected delivery before Xmas as advertised and Promised. Now says delayed and delivery expected only January 5!!!!! Do not trust Macy’s delivery date promises because you will be disappointed and have your holidays spoiled by their greed to make money only.

Classic and Elegant

This is a great bag, elegant and timeless. Goes well with everything, I have worn it out to drinks with friends and to just go shopping. I love the size and structure of the bag. The size is perfect and it isn’t too heavy but it is elegant. I only wish the interior pockets had a bit more give, it’s a snug fit for my keys and small items, seems more adequate for cards or flat items.

So chic!

I was very impressed with this bag. I got in black for an everyday work bag since it is very structured. I love the smooth leather, handles, straps, and hardware. The bag came nicely stuffed and wrapped with a really nice dust bag. It was my first Donna Karan bag but I know it won't be my last. If you're looking for a great quality chic bag for a fraction of an LV, this is it.

Quality Item

I will use Christmas through Valentine’s Day. Quality item with beautiful hardware. Perfect size for me. I need lots of room but totes are too big.

NO BAG AND NO MONEY BACK YET!

What the heck! I ordered this item on Mar. 2 and have not received it.I've called Macy's and talked with several colleagues and today, I still do not have the handbag, NOR my money back. I'm getting the run around time and time again. But, I don't have that type of money to give up.
