Soft leather. Peels easily
I love this bag when I first received it. I was very careful with the bag, but it began to peel about a month or so after wearing it. I’m not hard at all and this one just peels easily and takes on color.
I Love This Tote
This is a beautiful tote. I like that it has compartments inside and not just a huge open space. It's the right size - not bulky or cumbersome. The leather feels soft and pliable. And being able to secure the opening with the turnlock strap is an added plus.

Disappointed!!!
Please dont,I think leather is defective/ not good quality. Bought it for my daughter who was out of the country at time of purchase. when she came back and took it to school (college)it started peeling after less than a week of usagei thought DONNA KAREN should be better than this . Called macys ,unfortunately customer service said I can sort of return to warehouse and hope they don't return it back; thats only when I will get refunded. Disappointed is an understatement!!!!
Poor quality
I purchased this bag on July 21, 2025 and the bag is already peeling. I contacted customer service @ 800-289-6229 and spoke with Lee and was told nothing can be done about it. The bag is not worth the money.
Beautiful bag
Excellent quality. Buttery soft leather inside out. Absolutely worth the money. It fits my 14" laptop perfectly, but not for 16" laptop. The size described on the website is not accurate. See the measurement photos: bottom width 13.5", hight 11", top width 16", bottom depth 6". My only complaint is the hardware is a bit orange. Hope it was a lighter yellow golden color.

Simple and Classic
The bag is simple, elegant and beautifully finished. The leather is soft and sturdy. The laptop sleeve in the middle is perfect and there are interior pockets for work badge and pens. Love it. Love that the logo is subtle and the clasp is simple and classic.

It's a darker blue than the photo, but love it. Fits laptop, has zipper closure, dust bag, soft leather, great for weekend travel too
