I love the 3 bottles of cashmere mist Except one of the bottles want spray. is there anyway they can send me a new one, please. I'm handicapped and live about 30 miles away. Wondered if they could just ship me another bottle. thank you so much.

My sister wore this scent for most of her life. She died several years ago and I miss her. Wearing her cologne reminds me of her and I feel like she is close to me.

Wow. I thought, after decades of buying my Chanel favorites, I'd just try something different. I ordered this purse set (3 small spray items). Imagine my huge surprise when the package arrived, and the Eau de Toilette item was MISSING. I guess someone just couldn't resist their calling as a THIEF. Grrr-rrr. I processed the return -- and, finally, here was my replacement. Well, the CAPS on these three small sprays are practically welded ON. The silver one (the Eau de Toilette) actually CAME APART instead -- with liquid flying everywhere. The other two caps BARELY came off, with some very hard-yet-careful PRYING (think: the last time you changed a TIRE with RUSTED lugnuts)... the quality of these containers is HORRID. I should return it, but honestly, I'm so ticked off, I'll just chuck it in the rubbish. AND I WILL NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN. P.S. Just for comparison -- I've traveled all over the world and never ONCE had an issue with any Chanel container FAILING, EVER.

Order 3 set for Christmas gift and the packing person decided to take packing tape and wrap all 3 boxes together and when I took them apart all the boxes got ripe. They look terrible. I cant gift them anymore..please see photo
