Beautiful chocolate cookie and chic style

Great chocolate color and chic bag style. Out is large enough and the good/brass color of the hardware use very attractive. There were no creases in the one I purchased in store although I did see a deep horizontal crease nest the brand name plate on another bag- I will prevent that with proper stuffing and storage when but in use. First ever Donna Karan bag for me any I'm pleased with the quality and style. Waited for a big sale and for it for about 60% off.

Disappointed with the Quality and Pricing

I really liked this bag online. Unfortunately in person it's not as attractive nor do I find it to be the quality of past Donna Karan New York purchases. The leather is not soft feels very stiff and the bag is just cheap looking. The pricing is far too high also, even through I purchases it on sale. I most likely will return it and stick to other designer handbags that I know will be fashionable, soft and not boring looking.

Gorgeous bag!!

First off Kudos to Macys! I tried several other sites to purchase this Donna Karan Glenwood bag but alas I live in Alaska and many sites seem to be under the impression we’re a foreign entity. I’m from back east and always shopped Macys even after relocating here 15 years ago. Macys is truly Americas top store serving us all! The Glenwood is a total stunner very few handbags tick all my boxes but the Glenwood does. Size-check, luxury leather-check, dark burgundy leather-check and last but certainly not least finally a handbag maker that puts high end interiors in their bags in a light color!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this bag and Macys for helping me achieve my prize.
