Awkward to tie with the chain

I thought this was an absolutely beautiful bag and waited for it to go on sale before purchasing. The leather is incredibly smooth and the hardware is substantial. I wanted so badly to keep it but I had a difficult time threading the chain through the purse and shaping it so it looked right. Maybe I'm just a klutz! I would highly recommend this to someone else who can do a better job than me. Unfortunately, I had to return it :(
