Is not the dress
I did order this dress on September 6th and got the e-mail for the order been filled, by on September 7th I got a message from Macys that the dress was out of stock. I was very disappointed. Macys try to spin it telling me that I should be happy because I did not get charge for it. I do not understand why my order went through if the dress was out of stock, and did not notice for 24 hrs. That is not good customer service. I was going to use the dress to go to my nephew's wedding.
Nice dress/lousy packing
The dress and the quality of the dress was very nice. The only problem I had with the order was that based off of was purchased, I would’ve expected the dress shipped more carefully than rolled up and squished into what looked like a 1 gallon freezer bag, which meant the first thing that had to be done was take the dress to the dry cleaners to get cleaned and pressed before I could present it as a gift.
Dress was ripped
Dress was damaged on receipt. Had to return it. Material was stiff and not comfortable. Too bad, the fit was perfect and the dress was every bit as lovely as in the photo.

Poorly Sewn But Beautiful Colors!
I purchased this dress because I previously purchased the yellow version and LOVE IT. This blue dress does not drape properly, unfortunately. The hues of blue are awesome, but the dress just did not drape as the folds are designed to hang, and I know because I own the yellow/brown dress like this one. Sorry....returned it.
Poor quality control
The dress was obviously previously worn, it was wrinkled, appeared soiled and had someone’s sweaty underarm body odor. Shame on Macy’s! I received it today, it’s going back tomorrow. This was a designer dress at full price with no discount. With the high cost of good clothing these days and Macy’s reputation I most definitely expected better! What a disgrace! If I could I’d give 0 stars!
