Very well made dress

I ordered 18W and it was too big for me (I usually wear size 1X). Already ordered 16W and will send back 18W. It is very classy very well made dress. You can see quality. Waist is on the place where it should be (not right under the bust line). Color is dark blue. Could be worn to the office or to the party, very versatile. I would prefer it to be a little longer, but still looks good.
