Zipper issues

I ordered this as I would like a white leather bag. It arrived in a pristine condition and it’s everything I hope it would be! My issue was the zipper keeps getting stuck when opening the bag, it’s hard to get in your purse, mostly you have to pull on both side just to unzip them., and in addition the pocket inside it’s a bit high, therefore you have to shove your phone just to be able to get it in there. Sadly I have to return. I’m bum about it, as I have received an absolute price deal !

So Pretty and Spacious!

I am so impressed with this bag. It is very well made. The white leather is soft, supple and has that good leather smell. I especially like the styling of the bag. The love knot and metal link on the handle adds a subtle elegance to the bag as well as being comfortable on the shoulder. The interior is big enough to hold all the daily essentials without making the bag too heavy to carry. I am really pleased with this purchase — it is my new good summer white purse.

This is a large bag hard to tell by the online photos. Nice hardware. Just so you know before you order it.

Terrible service

I wish I could write an amazing review however I have yet to receive my order. I ordered on 2/28/25. On 3/15 UPS advised me they had not received the order. I called customer service, spoke with a representative who was very apologetic and advised me he would expedite a new order which I would have by 3/19. Nothing received. I called customer service again and again they were very apologetic but told me my order would be here on 3/24. She didn’t know why I was told 3/19 delivery and kept repeating 3:24 delivery. If/when I actually get this order I will update.

Not what I expected …..

I ordered the fawn color , the bag is a shiny leather ( doesn’t even smell like leather) and it’s very heavy , very disappointing, the color is off as well .. returned the same day I received it…
