Totally unacceptable item

Ordered the dress express shipping - received the dress within the expected time, however the dress looks nothing like the picture with no label on it only a tag attached. Very poor Quality. I have never been so disappointed at Macy's with such dishonest behavior. Shipping totally a different dress of poor quality. I have requested a refund and will be dropping off the dress at the store.

I love this dress! Great material. Great fit. The fabric is high-quality. Color is beautiful. I would buy it in multiple colors if they were available.
