Don’t order through a store via phone

Never received it from the New Jersey Quaker Ridge Macys. No receipt was sent to my email or tracking number. Supervisor Sim stated she couldn’t refund my shipping and that I had to come in to get reimbursed. I can order through a store via phone but not get reimbursed via phone

Only for tall and thin.

This dress is very pretty on this very tall then model; I’m sure her height is about 510 as well. I am 54 and very fit and it looked horrible on me.

Extremely disappointed

Very disappointed to say the least. The dress bubbles horribly where the entire zipper sits. There was no way for me to take another dress for my special occasion as it was too late to order a new one. had no choice but to wear a jacket which looked even worse. I have no words to describe how I felt on my special day.

Love the material and how the cowl neck design flows with the skirt and cinched waist. I’m 5’4 and this fits me nicely.

Wanted it to be gorgeous!

This dress should have been gorgeous, yet it was awkward and even a bit clumsy fitting. It did not lay well, and it certainly was not as well made as it looked. Very unfortunate and not typical of the brand. It is rare that things feet me this way I am tall and slender and I am pleased with most things I try. Such a disappointment for a classic incredibly beautiful style.
