Wrong Size Used Vest

I ordered this vest in December. I just took it out the clear packaging to wear today and can't believe what Macy's sent me. This vest is clearly used. I ordered a large they sent a medium. They printed a receipt from the register wrapped it around the label and wrote medium on it. I went to lift the receipt and under the receipt you can see the return bar scraped off. Someone is fulfillment is running a scam and I want my money back.

nice but bulky

When I saw this on the model I knew that I had to have it. I had big plans for this vest. Sadly, I look huge in it and I'm 5'8 142 lbs. So upset that I have to return it. I really did want to love this.
