Great Dress!

The dress is beautiful and hangs well. The belt is not adequate but it seems like they never are. Change the belt & the dress is gorgeous!

DO BETTER MACY’s - Cute Dress -BAD Exeperience

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do better Macy’s!!! The dress arrived with the sensor tag. I can’t wear it. I am inconvenienced with (1) traveling to a Macy’s Store with the receipt to have the tag removed and (2) waiting in line for 15 minutes -after asking a store manager to assist -who declined and told me to stand in line. Why do I have to WAIT IN A LINE for your MISTAKE!?! Then when I get to a cashier she can’t remove the tag. The other more seasoned cashier who she consults with also can’t remove the tag. So I ask for a credit back to my card. It’s been THREE DAYS and I am still seeing the credit as PENDING in my bank account. WHY????? You are ridiculous and your CUSTOMER SERVICE needs a lot of work.

The dress is excellent. In fact, it's nicer than I expected. I wish the turtleneck sweater had been a little ticker, but it is still nice.
