New Fav Coat

The DKNY Double Breasted coat in Ivory is amazing! The quality of the fur is excellent. It looks like a shearling coat and I get compliments when I wear it. It is a boxy look but with slimmer pants it rocks. It is warm and lightweight. I am 5' 4", 135 lbs with broad shoulders, back and rib cage. I ordered a small instead of my usual medium and it fit perfectly with room for a light sweater underneath. This is my new favorite and I plan to wear it as much as possible before the weather warms up!

Cute But Sheds

This is a very cute jacket, but my experience, it sheds. I was looking for a jacket to wear for a "winter white" look with cream pants and sweater. After trying it on for size, I found fuzzy material all over my dark pants. Other than that, I really liked it. I did return it for that reason.

Quality not as expected

I wanted to love this coat. I LOVED the way it looked, but at this price point I could not accept its two major flaws. It is not lined, which makes it "stick" to my cashmere and wool sweaters. Also, the pockets are too small. My hands barely fit in. There is no way I could keep a phone or gloves in these pockets. Please make this coat next year with a lining and bigger pockets! I'll be the first to buy!

Cozy!

Yes, it's heavy... but so incredibly cozy and the chocolate is such a gorgeous color that I can't stop smiling... I tried it on and didn't want to take it off. And yes, it's boxy, but that's the style - looks great with jeans or a skirt or dress. Basically... I'm in love!

Gorgeous. Not flattering on tho

Love the fabric, color, design, so my style. However it is very boxy on. And not in a good way. Tried styling it in different ways yet it doesn’t matter. Nothing I could do to make it look flattering on. (Altho I do recommend if you are 6’ tall with a slim silhouette). Not a dealbreaker however Buttons are hard to button and unbutton. Had a whole outfit designed around this jacket with new chocolate brown boots and bag. Sadly going back.

Not for me

VERY heavy coat, weighed down my shoulders. Also super boxy on me. Might work if it was longer. Color is gorgeous though.
