This is a nice looking and warm jacket for cold weather. Tuck the fur inside the hood for real warmth. Fits true to size.

Coat is Nice; packaging was tacky.

The coat is high quality and very comfortable. For a more higher end store as Macy's and a quality brand as Dona Karan I would not have expected the coat to be wabble up and stuffed into a bag with a receipt crunched up inside. No protective dress/coat bag, slip covering or anything. An item as this should have been hung in a coat bag, folded over once, and layed flat in a box. A shipping snag would have torn right into the coat. Very disappointed in the presentation and lack of care with the packaging.

Ok

I wear a 10-12. The size large is snug. The zipper is a little difficult. The coat is very heavy. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it.
