Fraudulent purchase. No support customer service.

This purchase was fraudulent. I received an email regarding the purchase that it was ready for pick up. I called the customer service an reported this. They initially said they could do nothing, but after I got upset they assured me their manager would make sure it got canceled and I would receive an email within an hour with a refund to my credit card. About an hour later, I received an email saying it was picked up. I went to the store the following day to report this to the office, hoping they could identify the person on their security camera.

Classic Fall Look

This dress was a great find at Macy's!! Just what I was looking for in a classic fall look to kick off the Autumn season. It had the right amount of comfort for the weather, ready to wear for the event and I got lots of compliments.

Lovely

Wore this dress to my son’s memorial because the color was green? The fit was nice. The fabric was nice. I love everything about this dress.

Unfortunately a miss for me

Itchy! I don’t consider myself overly sensitive, but the inside of this fabric didn’t feel good. Oversized armholes led to schleppy fit/look at the bust, which could have been altered. Still 3 stars for the beautiful fabric design and great color.
