Color doesn’t seem accurate

This is a lovely dress and well made. I returned only because, based on the photographs, I thought that the “base” color was a pale pearlized gray. It is, in fact, cream.

Worn gown sent with stains

I was sent a worn gown with stains all along hem and frayed threads on the top. Very disappointing. I feel that someone bought it, wore it, then returned it for refund!! Apparently no one checked it out.
