Easily dress up or dress it down

Dress is well constructed pockets are flat, the belt warps around waist twice. Fabric is no easily wrinkled. True to size I am 5'3" 140 lbs size 10 fit perfectly. Easy to dress up with shoes & accessories ( bracelet, fancier belt) or dress down with flats
