Runs big

Im 4’11 and a size 8. Got these in a medium and they pulled up to my breasts and we’re huge. Even if I got a small, they would fit large.

Almost Perfect!

Could size down since these have an elastic waist. I did and that part is fine. They are long, even with 3 1/2 in heels. I would have to roll the waistband down-not sure if that can be altered because I don’t believe these can be hemmed due to the pleats. I wish dressy pants didn’t always come so long! But I do like them and will keep.
