Beautiful Dress but Odd Fit
The dress itself is gorgeous! It’s very soft, drapey, and flowey, the colors are bold without being garish or flashy, and it’s very sophisticated and elegant. It is appropriate for a dressier setting, like a more formal dinner or as a wedding guest, or can just be a nice, elevated casual look for the office, brunch, or church. However, the fit is quite odd. The cuffs are very tight around the wrist, and the sleeves, while a good length with my arms hanging down or bent at the elbows, with the cuffs coming just past my wrists, somehow are too short and tight when I raise my arms to about shoulder height, pulling the entire dress up. The waist hit at my natural waistline, and the skirt fell below my knees, a bit above mid-shin, right about where it hits on the model, and draped very nicely on my body, but the bodice fit a little too loosely with kind of a billow down my back, but not in a way that felt like it was supposed to. I tried tying the belt different ways, but I couldn’t seem to get anything that made it look better. I tried stuffing the belt inside itself and tucking it inside the dress, so I could add my own belt, but the way the belt is formed out of the bodice, the bodice then just didn’t look right. For reference, I am 5’5”, 110lbs, 32B/C, 24-25” waist, 36” hips, hourglass figure with balanced proportions, usual size is a 00/0/2, XXS/XS/S (depending on the brand’s measurements). I purchased the size 2 which showed a fit for a 33.5” chest, 26” waist, and 36” hips, so it might just be a tad too big (although I don’t understand the short arms/tight cuffs part), but it doesn’t seem like fit should be that off, and the 2 was the smallest size offered. I am super bummed because I still looooove the dress, so I will play around with it a bit more or maybe take it to a tailor to see what magic they can work before I decide to return it. Or maybe I’ll just never raise my arms while wearing it and walk around all dainty-like. It’s so pwetty!

Beautiful Dress for a taller women
I'm still giving it a five even though it wasn't for me. The material was beautiful on the thicker side which made the drape beautiful. For the tie in the front, I think it would be stunning on someone tall at least 5'7" with a longer waist. It just wasn't right for me, but beautiful material. I am only 5'5" too bustie and short waisted. (Tried the size 16)

The color in person is quite pretty. The fabric is rather heavy. This dress might look very nice on some people who are very thin and not busty. The ties in the front gave an almost empire waist to the dress as they were above the natural waistline. Not at all flattering.
