Beautiful Dress for a taller women

I'm still giving it a five even though it wasn't for me. The material was beautiful on the thicker side which made the drape beautiful. For the tie in the front, I think it would be stunning on someone tall at least 5'7" with a longer waist. It just wasn't right for me, but beautiful material. I am only 5'5" too bustie and short waisted. (Tried the size 16)

Not quite

The color in person is quite pretty. The fabric is rather heavy. This dress might look very nice on some people who are very thin and not busty. The ties in the front gave an almost empire waist to the dress as they were above the natural waistline. Not at all flattering.
