Who Sends An Order Knowing The Belt Is Missing?

Horrible Horrible Horrible rating. This jumpsuit comes with a Tie-Waist (as per the description). When I opened the on-line order, there was a pink sticky note on the tag that read 'Missing Belt.' There were belt loops on the jumpsuit with no belt? The person who filled my order sent it to me knowing the belt was missing, documented it via a sticky note, and sent it to me anyway. Who does that? I took the jumpsuit to the nearest Macy's hoping to get another jumpsuit or a belt, but was told this was on-line order only. Instead of just returning my purchase at customer service, I was told I would have to call Macy's online, and explain what happened before they could return my money, which was a lengthy conversation with a customer service representative who didn't understand why I was returning this item. This ended up being a huge waste of time. I will never order from Macy's again.

Very Disappointed

Item was not as described. not satisfied with the quality. Not well made. There was a leather belt which was not includer in the description and the belt was too small . I did not get my express shipment payment of $15.00 back.. Very disappointed

elegant and classy but very long! needs tailoring for 5 inches. I got itbwith a last act deal so I am ok paying extra money to fix the lenght. I would prefer sleeves.
