Faulty fabric

The dress fit perfect, it’s very elegant and beautiful however, the fabric was defective. Before I even wore it I noticed a pull near the collar, I wore it anyway but when I took it off there were pulls everywhere! Weird pulls in at least 5 places! they were all in a row In the front and back. Very strange. I’ve never had fabric do that! It pained me to return it because it is beautiful but the manufacturer needs not use this fabric.
