Painful painful

These beautiful heels had my feet hurting terribly. I've only worn them once and wish I could have test-drove them, before wearing the out. A total waste of money.

I wanted to love them

The straps that go along the sides of the heel down to the middle of the foot are incredibly big and awkward they jut out at least an inch and a half on either side of the foot giving a big bubbly appearance. I’m not sure if I just got a defective pair or if that’s how they all are but it was incredibly disappointing. Also the ankle strap is insanely small. I am a petite woman and I was barely able to buckle them. They put a child size strap on a woman’s shoe. What’s going on Donna Karen?
