Gorgeous blouse but why dry clean only

This blouse would require dry cleaning after every wearing to keep it fresh. After a while the dry cleaning will cost more than the blouse. What makes it dry cleanable?

Star neck opening blouse.

This is a very stylist blouse. I especially like the collar and buttons. It runs smalls so consider that when ordering. Purchased to wear with the Donna Karan button sleeve blazer. The two pieces are classic.
