Crumpled item arrived at the store

This was an on-line order, sent to the store. The fabric of the coat looked good quality but unfortunately, the coat was shipped stuffed in a small plastic shipping bag and arrived all crumpled. I was soo upset to see such a lack of respect for the merchandises and the clients. I had to return on the spot that beautiful and expensive coat. I cannot afford to pay such a price for an item that looked like out of a dumpster.

Beautiful coat!

This DK coat is just beautiful! It is a great quality and looks great with skirts and pants. Only thing I dislike is the black tag on the sleeve. It’s so unnecessary.

No wool in it

I was looking for a wool coat. the constant reads 62% wool. I was very happy and I bought it. When I got it, it felt very weird and it was very light. So I decided to check the content again to make sure that it is 62% wool. It wasn’t it was 62% polyester plus other material. Not worth the money at all. It’s going back.
