Crumpled item arrived at the store

This was an on-line order, sent to the store. The fabric of the coat looked good quality but unfortunately, the coat was shipped stuffed in a small plastic shipping bag and arrived all crumpled. I was soo upset to see such a lack of respect for the merchandises and the clients. I had to return on the spot that beautiful and expensive coat. I cannot afford to pay such a price for an item that looked like out of a dumpster.

Beautiful coat!

This DK coat is just beautiful! It is a great quality and looks great with skirts and pants. Only thing I dislike is the black tag on the sleeve. It’s so unnecessary.
