"Seriously, Donna, why would you do this to me? I ordered this jacket the moment I laid eyes on it, paid full price, mind you, without even waiting for the sale because it was love at first sight. But alas, this love story ended in heartbreak. The jacket arrived, and it broke my heart just like my first love. My usual size 10, which has always fit me like a dream, decided to rebel. The shoulders and arms were so oddly tight, I couldn’t even squeeze in! This has not happened before with your brand. To make matters even more baffling, I’ve actually lost weight recently down to 154 lbs from 160 and was feeling pretty smug about it. So unless my weight scale is gaslighting me, something is seriously off with this sizing. I don’t know what’s going on here, Donna, but this jacket gave me an existential crisis. Is it me? Is it the jacket? Either way, it definitely cost me my excitement. Please fix this, because I need my love-at-first-sight moments to end in happy-ever-after.
